August 7, 2014 — GLOBE Performance Solutions has entered into discussions with the Institute of Technology and Life Sciences in Falenty Branch Poznań (Poland) to explore opportunities for Canada-Poland co-verifications, through collaboration between the Canadian ETV Program and the EU ETV Program.
This cooperative initiative, known as the “Canada-Poland Co-verification Training Pilot Project,” will provide a framework for verifying the performance of ASKET BIOMASSER® technology which uses straw and hay to produce heating fuel briquettes, while also incorporating training on technology performance verification to support other future co-verifications. As Canada and the European Union move forward to finalize a Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement in the coming weeks, this pilot project will lay the groundwork for future co-verifications of Canadian and European technologies in Canada and throughout the EU.
