GLOBE Performance Solutions (GPS) and the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ) have entered into an agreement to harmonize procedures for verifying the performance of drinking water and domestic wastewater treatment technologies. This includes the development of two new protocols, which have recently been finalized: 1) Protocol for Performance Testing of Drinking Water Treatment Technologies and 2) Protocol for Performance Testing of Domestic Wastewater Treatment Technologies. The independent verification of the performance data will be a valuable tool for regulatory authorities and other affected stakeholders to objectively evaluate treatment technology options.
